My yoga journey started in 2014, I instantly fell in love with the practice and felt I needed to share the benefits with others gaining my 200 hours Yoga Alliance Teaching Certificate in 2007. Having trained and studied with many great teachers it is through my own experiences and my practice of yoga, meditation and being a qualified Bowen Therapist that I have developed my own unique style of yoga. I like to teach intuitively, adapting the yoga practice to suit the class or person standing in front of me. I believe that Yoga should be accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
