Similar to vinyasa or ‘flow’ my class consists of postures, movement and transitions (the connection of one posture to the next), synchronising movement with breath. There is more of a focus on sensation rather than alignment enabling you to fully connect to your body and be immersed in your practice. The classes are light-hearted and built with purpose and intention whether that being focusing on different body parts, working towards a peak posture or adding in a theme. Discover a sense of curiosity, freedom and ways to get the most out of your practice. Expect to move around your mat and for me to get my left and rights mixed up!
